James P. Chandler is an expert litigator, specializing in real estate, construction and bankruptcy law.

Santa Rosa Junior College graduate with honors, he later graduated cum laude from Sonoma State University. From there he attended the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. James passed the bar exam and became a member of the State Bar of California in 2001.

Prior to law school, his credentials include asbestos litigation firm of Brayton Harley Curtis (now Brayton Purcell), the Sacramento office of Stanton, Kay & Watson, and the Cook Brown law firm. Most recently, James was an associate with the Law Offices of Wanland & Spaulding in Sacramento prior to opening his own office in 2006.
