Sean Gjerde
Northern California Law Center, P.C., partner Sean Gjerde represents clients in family law, bankruptcy law, and estate planning matters. He has prepared nearly 300 living trusts and has handled hundreds of divorce, bankruptcy, and probate cases. Mr. Gjerde has lectured and taught several courses on the areas of family law and estate planning, is a certified Minor's Counsel for family law matters, and is a Court-Appointed Counsel in probate matters.
Mr. Gjerde received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law, and a Masters of Law in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Mr. Gjerde was a judicial intern in Sacramento County, and also worked for the Sacramento District Attorney's Office. Mr. Gjerde is a member of the California State Bar, and is also a Rotary Club member.
Mr. Gjerde is admitted to practice in the state courts of California, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
